About the Role
Horangee Pocha, a vibrant Korean pub near Elephant & Castle, is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Front of House Staff to join our team.
Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or looking for your first role in the industry, we welcome applications. Students are also encouraged to apply, and full training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently.
- Keep the dining and service areas clean and organised.
- Respond to customer questions and requests.
- Help ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Work closely with the kitchen team and management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Intermediate-level English.
- Confidence taking orders and speaking with customers.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential — training is provided.
Working Hours
- 2–4 shifts per week
- 6–7 hours minimum per shift
- Flexible scheduling available
