🍽️ About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in our restaurant, bar, and room service areas. From taking guest orders and offering menu suggestions to serving meals and maintaining cleanliness, your work will ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders accurately
- Upsell menu items through suggestive selling and product knowledge
- Input orders into the POS system and liaise with kitchen staff
- Deliver food promptly, ensuring correct temperature and presentation
- Keep tables, trays, and service areas clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Set up and clear room service trays/trolleys
- Support team members and respond to guest requests promptly
- Complete all tasks in line with company procedures and training
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills and service delivery

- Flexible with shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
