About the Role
Pesto at the White Swan is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver excellent service, ensuring every guest enjoys a great experience from start to finish.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving drinks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Deliver friendly, efficient service and engage positively with guests
- Maintain a clean, organised bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
- Follow food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Accurately take orders, process payments, and manage tabs
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and drink service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods
- Assist with restocking and maintaining inventory levels
About You

Skills & Experience
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and tabs
- Excellent time management skills
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience required

- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Birmingham B47 6JG before starting
