Role Overview:
As a Regional Fulfillment Manager, your role will be central to the success of PMI’s high-volume e-commerce fulfillment network in the U.S. You will take ownership of supply chain activities within your designated region, ensuring best-in-class results for both B2B and B2C fulfillment. This includes overseeing last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, transportation, and the coordination of fulfillment KPIs.
You will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager for the U.S. and be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring that all operations meet strict performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain and Fulfillment Management: Lead the execution of fulfillment activities, ensuring alignment with PMI’s strategic goals and operational excellence.
- Supplier Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct deep dives into KPIs for all fulfillment activities, tracking performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Operational Improvements: Drive the implementation of new initiatives and operational improvements to optimize the fulfillment process across the region.
- On-Site and Remote Support: Support new launches and fulfill regional requirements, including up to 75% travel to warehouses and fulfillment centers across your designated area.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for risk mitigation and issue resolution to ensure seamless fulfillment operations.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or distribution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Management, or related field. Proven experience may also be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes, ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders, and expertise in performance tracking and reporting.
- Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, and to travel up to 75% within the region.
