About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you’ll help older adults live independently, comfortably and safely at home. Every visit is different — you may be providing personal care, helping with medication, preparing meals, running errands, or taking clients out and about. Your support helps them maintain dignity, confidence and quality of life.
No previous care experience is required. Radfield Home Care provides full paid training, support, and a friendly working environment.

- £14.00 – £30.00 per hour, depending on the day

Average hourly earnings including travel time:
- Mon–Fri: £17.50 per hour
- Sat–Sun: £18.75 per hour

Working Hours
This is a part-time evening role, perfect for people seeking flexibility.
You can choose the days that suit your lifestyle.
Evening availability needed:
- Anytime from 4:00pm onwards
- Options to work until 10:30pm
- Flexible weekly patterns (set days or consecutive days)
