Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and enjoys contributing to a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and maintain floors, windows, restrooms, and shared areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Ensure all cleaning materials are stored correctly after use
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with deep cleaning or special cleaning tasks when required
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet cleaning requirements
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- A valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between locations
- Professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients and visitors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
