- Deliver an engaging and personalized customer experience in-store
- Build and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools
- Stay curious about the brand, products, and local events to enhance the customer journey
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive, fun, and inclusive store environment
- Contribute ideas and help maintain operational excellence while respecting people, products, and the environment
