Pay: £13.45–£13.50 per hour
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Clock Tower Café. This role is perfect for someone passionate about coffee and hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to company standards
- Assist customers and support colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide proactive, friendly, and high-quality customer service
- Follow café procedures and standards consistently
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience and a passion for coffee
- At least 1 year of experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable commute to Croydon CR9 1ET (or plan to relocate)
