About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Dental Receptionist to join our busy cosmetic dental practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
This role requires someone comfortable with social media engagement and willing to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, creating a professional and friendly front-of-house experience
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain an accurate diary
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly
- Process payments and handle invoices efficiently
- Update and maintain patient records
- Liaise with clinicians and management to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable
- Support administrative tasks and the wider team as needed
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Experience with dental software is a plus
