Tecna is a growing, innovative company creating extraordinary exhibition displays. We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic Projects team at our Farnborough headquarters. Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, collaborating closely with Technical Designers, Operations, and the Creative and Sales teams to deliver seamless, high-quality exhibition displays. Every project is unique, offering fresh challenges and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Technical Designers to ensure technical drawings, pick-lists, and cut-files are completed on time.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to order materials, graphics, and amenities efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Liaise with Operations to ensure displays are pre-built, installed, and dismantled to specification and on schedule.
- Input project details into CRM systems and monitor progress.
- Attend sites to oversee delivery and manage handovers with clients.
- Maintain project budgets and profit margins, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and faultless client experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience with work-management platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
- Basic 3D CAD skills desirable (training on SketchUp provided).
- Client management experience and strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
- High attention to detail and effective teamwork skills.
- Experience in the exhibition industry is a plus but not essential (training provided).
