ARKET is currently hiring a Café Team Member to join its Nordic-inspired café located inside the flagship store at Regent Street, London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and high-quality food and beverages.

As a Café Team Member, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest while supporting the daily operations of the in-store café.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs with care and attention
Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages according to ARKET standards
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
Promote the café’s values, concept, and Nordic-inspired culture
Support smooth day-to-day café operations
Create a personalised and inspiring café experience for customers

Comfortable working flexible or irregular shifts

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not required
