We are seeking a Part-Time Cleaning Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations at a prestigious office site in Solihull. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise cleaning staff, allocate daily tasks, manage staffing levels, and train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Quality Control: Carry out regular inspections to ensure high cleaning standards are maintained and client expectations are met. Identify issues and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Supply & Equipment Management: Monitor stock levels, order cleaning supplies as needed, and ensure all equipment is well maintained and safe to use.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety procedures, ensure correct use of PPE, maintain MSDS documentation, and report any hazards or incidents.
  • Problem Solving: Handle client feedback, resolve team issues, and address operational challenges efficiently.
