The Role
We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Room Attendant / Housekeeping Associate to ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This role plays a vital part in delivering an outstanding guest experience by creating welcoming, relaxing spaces and supporting seamless hotel operations through teamwork and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, presented, and maintained to the highest quality and hygiene standards
- Accurately monitor and update room status and guest preferences, ensuring effective communication with relevant departments
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring follow-up and resolution
- Actively listen to and address guest feedback, taking action to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support hotel operations and uphold exceptional service standards
