- Wednesday: 4:30pm – 9:30pm
- Thursday: 4:30pm – 9:30pm
- Saturday: 4:30pm – 9:30pm

The Role
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Retail Assistant to join our small team. This is a front-of-house role focused on providing great customer service, handling orders and payments, and keeping the shop clean and organised during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders at the till and over the phone
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Pack food orders quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of counters and customer areas
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods
About You
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail or food service experience is helpful but not essential (full training provided)
