Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented female Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a gym environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise gym equipment, changing rooms, and communal areas
- Dust, wipe, and disinfect all surfaces according to the cleaning schedule
- Manage waste disposal and recycling correctly
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients and staff
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are well maintained
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 16:00 – 18:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 – 13:00
- Availability required 7 days a week, including bank holidays
(excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential (full training provided)
