We are now looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and continue to raise standards across the shop.
The Role
As Coffee Shop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, consistent quality, and smooth operations. You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and help shape the future growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily coffee shop operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and high-performing team
- Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Oversee stock control and inventory to reduce waste and ensure availability
- Handle cash management and POS systems accurately
- Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining quality standards
- Supervise food preparation and coffee service to ensure consistency and quality
- Create a positive and supportive workplace culture through strong leadership
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
About You
- Strong barista skills with previous experience in a leadership or management role
- People-focused with a passion for great coffee and exceptional hospitality
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing a busy café environment
- Creative and enthusiastic, with ideas to help grow and improve the business
- Committed to delivering consistently high standards
