About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Assistant to support our online sales operations and customer communications. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident using basic computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process online customer orders
- Communicate with customers via messages, email, and phone when required
- Promote products across online sales platforms
- Update and maintain accurate product listings
- Track deliveries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills
