About the Role
AC Marriott Belfast is seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during overnight hours. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient night-time operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As Night Manager, you will supervise overnight staff, monitor security, manage guest requests and complaints, and support hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about hospitality, leadership, and providing first-class service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage overnight hotel staff, ensuring efficient operations
- Oversee front desk procedures and guest check-ins/check-outs
- Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the property
- Respond to guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Support food & beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance operations as needed
- Ensure hotel standards and brand expectations are maintained
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial and operational documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing situations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security
- Familiarity with hotel software systems and financial management
- Must be 18+ and comfortable commuting for nightshift work
