Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Part-time (minimum 19.75 hours per week, flexible for additional hours)

About Us

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and committed Nursery Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the nursery team and manager to provide excellent care and education tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a key person within the nursery team under the guidance of the Manager.
- Deliver safe, high-quality education and care for children.
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus).
- Good understanding of child development and EYFS principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
