About the Role
Reels Casino Slots is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Customer Service Cashiers to join our arcade team. We value friendly, reliable team players who can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, so experience in retail, leisure, or gambling is a plus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Handle cash and transactions accurately and confidently.
- Manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Work independently when needed, and actively contribute as a team member.
- Assist in all aspects of the arcade operations as required.
- Follow a flexible rota including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 (due to gambling regulations).
- Strong customer service skills and outgoing personality.
- Confidence with basic math and cash handling.
- Flexible, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% if required.
