We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant, brand-new hospitality team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to guests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and help ensure the smooth running of the bar. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and adhere to food and drink safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
