Role Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Night Staff member (male preferred) to work during night hours. This role combines guest services, security responsibilities, and general hotel duties to ensure our premises remain safe, secure, and welcoming throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services
- Handle late check-ins and early check-outs professionally.
- Respond to guest queries or complaints promptly and courteously.
Security & Safety
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel, grounds, and car park.
- Act as first point of contact for incidents or emergencies during night shifts.
Cleaning & General Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby areas.
- Ensure the lobby is safe, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Availability for night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in hospitality.
- Knowledge of professional phone etiquette.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
