As a Childcare Supervisor, you’ll lead the Club V team and oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children. You’ll be key in helping our members maintain their fitness routines while trusting that their children are well cared for.
👶 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our in-club childcare facility
- Lead, support, and develop a team of childcare providers, including scheduling, training, and recruitment
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years
- Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping communication open and transparent
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and childcare regulatory standards
- Organize creative, age-appropriate activities to enhance children’s development
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child-related field (e.g. Early Years, Childcare & Education) – Note: Health & Social Care does not meet this requirement
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passionate about working with children in a fun, active environment
