🗂️ Job Summary – Storekeeper (Part-Time, 2 Days per Week)

As a Storekeeper, you will oversee the daily operation of the hotel’s Beverage Cellar, supporting five distinct F&B outlets. You will be responsible for:

Stock control and inventory management
Organizing the cellar to maintain order and accessibility
Receiving goods and tracking deliveries
Issuing stock and updating accurate records
Collaborating with Purchasing, Finance, and F&B departments
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company procedures

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing stock
Maintain records of stock movement and transfers
Inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy
Report any safety issues, incidents, or inventory discrepancies
Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas
Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Work physically as needed: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for long periods
