- £13.04 – £13.81 per hour
- 45p per mile fuel reimbursement

🧡 Your Role as a Care Assistant:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to customers in our village and the local community.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
- Supporting mealtimes and medication routines
- Helping with household tasks: cooking, cleaning, laundry
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging health & wellbeing through activity support
- Supporting hospital discharge and appointments
- Maintaining respect, dignity, and independence for every customer
🧠 Training & Development:
No experience? No problem. Through our Audley Care Academy, you’ll receive:
- Full induction training
- Completion of the Care Certificate
- Funded Level 2/3 QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, empathetic and respectful approach
- Good spoken and written English
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
- Ability to use mobile apps to manage daily schedules and care logs
- Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Neat personal presentation and adherence to uniform policy
