Your Role as a Hotel Team Member
In this dynamic role, you’ll work across multiple departments, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming, and comfortable stay. Duties may include:
- Checking guests in and out at reception
- Assisting with guest queries and offering excellent customer service
- Cleaning and preparing rooms to high standards
- Helping in public areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
You’ll be a key part of the guest experience from arrival to departure!
