🧽 Housekeeper Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our housekeeping team, your role will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas, food court zones, washrooms, stairwells, and other communal spaces
- Performing deep cleaning duties when required (full training provided)
- Ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met
- Completing equipment safety checks, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any issues
- Communicating clearly with your team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Using company apps and mobile tools to support daily tasks and reporting
✅ Key Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this Housekeeping position, you should have:
- 1+ year of experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or similar role (hospitality/retail preferred)
- The right to work in the UK
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures and COSHH regulations
- Willingness to undergo training and development
- Tech-savvy – ability to use mobile apps as part of your daily work

We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, with typical hours such as:
- 05:00–11:00
- 07:30–13:30
- 13:30–19:30
- 17:30–23:30
