As a British Nannies Back-Up Nanny, you will:
- Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care in family homes
- Follow parents’ routines and instructions
- Communicate clearly with families and the British Nannies team
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and parents
- Adapt quickly to different environments and family dynamics
🎓 Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 years’ paid childcare experience, or 2 years with a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 Childcare, Early Years, CACHE, NVQ)
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (issued in the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service)
- Excellent communication, punctuality, and reliability
- Confident working independently and managing routines
