Set within a stunning 72-acre campus near Epsom Downs, our catering department provides over 1,800 meals daily, serving students, staff, and visitors. We also host weddings, sports events, conferences, and formal functions throughout the year.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strict hygiene standards and comply with all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
Assist with the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality meals
Clean kitchen areas, equipment, and dining spaces as per the daily and weekly cleaning rota
Support College events, including weddings, formal dinners, and school functions (some may occur outside normal hours)
Monitor kitchen equipment and report any faults immediately
Follow safeguarding policies and maintain a safe working environment for all
Collaborate with chefs, porters, and catering staff to ensure seamless food service
Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings for continuous development
