🔧 Kitchen Porter Job Overview

As a Kitchen Porter (KP), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue’s kitchen. You will report to the Client Liaison Executive and work closely with our Head Chef and front-of-house team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the kitchen wash-up area
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed
• Supporting the kitchen and client services teams during busy periods

✅ What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a kitchen porter or similar role in the hospitality industry
• A strong focus on cleanliness, teamwork, and customer service
• Good spoken English language skills
• Experience in conference or training venues (advantageous but not essential)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends

Full training will be provided.

💰 Pay & Benefits

• £14.00 per hour (Zero-hours contract)
