🔧 About the Role
As a Casual Kitchen Porter at Claridge’s, you’ll be a vital part of the back-of-house team, keeping the kitchen running efficiently and hygienically. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure chefs have what they need and guests receive only the finest service.
🧼 Key Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen and BOH (Back of House) team by maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Operate commercial dishwashers and clean crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans
- Assist with stock movement and kitchen equipment storage
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow strict hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
- Support deep-cleaning operations when required
- Flexible availability for early, late, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
