This temporary Christmas role (17th November – 28th December 2025) is the perfect opportunity to work with a friendly, passionate team and share your love for natural products, ethical beauty, and holistic wellbeing.
🌟 About the Role
As a Christmas Customer Advisor, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. You’ll welcome shoppers, offer personalised advice, and help them find the perfect Neal’s Yard Remedies products — from luxurious skincare to festive gift sets.
This is a great chance to work in a fun, collaborative environment, gain retail experience, and join a brand that values organic ingredients, sustainability, and customer care.
🎁 Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and engaging customer experience, both in-person and over the phone.
- Build meaningful connections and inspire customers with your product knowledge.
- Assist in maximising sales opportunities through excellent service and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate and recommend products confidently.
- Work as part of a supportive retail team, ensuring the store is well-presented and fully stocked.
- Handle changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Confident in communicating and building rapport
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and busy holiday shifts
- Motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Ideally passionate about natural beauty, skincare, wellness, or holistic therapies
- Experienced in a busy retail or customer service environment (preferred but not essential)
