About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Housekeeper to support a busy home and ensure it runs smoothly day-to-day. The ideal candidate will have experience in private households, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role involves both general housekeeping and simple family-style cooking, making it perfect for someone who enjoys creating a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home environment.
Key Responsibilities
As the Temporary Housekeeper, your duties will include:
- Daily cleaning, tidying, and laundry
- Making beds and refreshing bathrooms
- Hoovering, dusting, and organising household spaces
- Preparing simple family-style meals when required
- Restocking household supplies
- Weekly deep-clean tasks (floors, fridge, cupboards, etc.)
- Managing occasional errands and ad-hoc household tasks
- Preparing guest rooms and ensuring spaces are visitor-ready
