⭐ About the Shop Assistant Role
As a Shop Assistant at Snappy Snaps Soho, you’ll help customers turn their photos into beautiful prints, gifts, and creative products. You’ll be part of a team known for quality, customer care, and expert service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and outstanding customer service
- Process photo printing orders — including digital prints, film development, large-format jobs, and personalised products
- Assist with scanning, framing services, photo gifts, passport photos, and online orders
- Use photographic and printing equipment such as Noritsu film processors and large-format printers (full training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented store environment
- Support the store manager with stock management, merchandising, and promotional displays
