Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our fast-growing retail team. This role offers flexible working hours to suit your availability, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for career progression within the Frasers Group.
You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and helping create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product selection and queries
- Deliver excellent customer service at all touchpoints
- Maintain tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing shop floor areas
- Replenish shelves and rails to meet customer demand
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the till
- Promote current offers and upsell where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily sales and service targets
Skills & Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential
- Friendly, confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and reliable, especially during peak trade periods
- Motivated to deliver results and take pride in your work
