The Role
As a Weekend Waiter/Waitress, you’ll help create exceptional guest experiences by delivering high service standards in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests
- Working efficiently and proactively during busy shifts
- Supporting the atmosphere of the venue (music, lighting, temperature)
- Collaborating with front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Achieving sales targets and supporting team performance
- Serving food and drinks to specification and learning new menus
- Ensuring guest safety and a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Completing required compliance training within your first two weeks
- Bringing positive energy, teamwork, and good vibes to every shift
