About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Assistant to join our hospitality team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all linen and laundry items are cleaned, organised, and presented to a high standard. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred, but full on-site training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and process laundry items including linen, towels, and guest clothing
- Safely operate washers, dryers, and ironing equipment
- Ensure all items meet high hygiene and presentation standards
- Organise and store clean linen for easy access by housekeeping teams
- Maintain a clean and safe laundry area in line with health & safety regulations
- Monitor laundry supplies and report shortages
- Handle delicate or special items according to care labels
- Open and close the laundry area as required
- Be available to work additional weekdays when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience (desirable)

- Laundry experience is a plus, but training will be provided
