About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll create unforgettable moments for customers by delivering exceptional service and helping them find jewellery that’s meaningful to them. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing the Pandora brand with passion and pride.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships through personalised customer interactions
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and styling advice
- Drive key sales metrics including conversion and average transaction value
- Support store operations including stock handling, visual standards, and till transactions
