Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS)
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items where appropriate
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and responding to requests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, including bussing tables and assisting with food safety protocols
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Support the team during busy periods with food prep, bussing, or other front-of-house tasks
Skills & Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred (fine dining or nightclub experience a plus)
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable or similar) is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
