The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Horsham team. You will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the high standards that define our brand. Key Responsibilities
- Support and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation.
- Help manage daily store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail management experience, ideally in menswear or fashion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in merchandising and visual presentation.
- Customer-focused attitude and passion for fashion.
