Hours: 18 per week (Friday–Sunday, 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Laundry Assistant to join our hospitality team. You will play a key role in keeping our hotel’s linen, towels, and guest laundry clean, organised, and ready for use, helping us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, is detail-oriented, and wants to develop valuable skills within the hospitality industry. No prior laundry experience? We provide on-site training!
Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and process laundry items including bed linen, towels, and guest clothing
- Operate washers, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area
- Store clean linen for easy access by housekeeping staff
- Assist with inventory management and report any shortages
- Follow care instructions for delicate or special items
- Open and close the laundry efficiently
Skills & Requirements
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management to meet schedules
- Reliable, positive, and hardworking attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow laundry procedures (training provided)
