We’re seeking a motivated Branch Assistant to join our Bristol Kingsland branch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the branch’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to trade professionals and members of the public, both in-person and over the phone.
- Stock Management: Process stock in/out, pick and pack orders, manage store transfers, and maintain stock control.
- Trade Counter: Serve customers efficiently and professionally at the counter.
- Internal Sales: Contact existing and potential customers, collaborating with the external sales team.
- Sales Administration: Raise and follow up on quotations, process customer orders.
- Warehouse Duties: Assist with loading/unloading delivery vans, picking/packing orders (may include heavy lifting).
- Product Knowledge: Continuously develop knowledge of new products in the market.
