About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Manager to join the Sales & Events team at Warwick Conferences, based at the prestigious University of Warwick.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the seamless planning and delivery of events across our conference centres, with an initial focus on Scarman and Radcliffe, and later expanding to include The Slate. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, providing expert consultation, coordination, and operational planning to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.
Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships will be central to your success. You will manage events from initial enquiry through to execution, ensuring all requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised professional with:
- Proven experience in event management within a hospitality or conference environment
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to meet evolving business needs
