Following the successful launch of our flagship Liverpool ONE store, we’re expanding the ARNE Bites team and looking for a passionate Café Assistant / Barista to deliver exceptional food, drinks, and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of daily café operations, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality
- Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Assist with menu updates, providing feedback and collaborating with suppliers as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service, answering questions, taking orders accurately, and resolving minor issues
- Build warm and friendly relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and enhance the café’s reputation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Café Assistant or Barista
- Strong understanding of café operations, including food prep and customer service
- Passion for delivering high-quality beverages and food
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, but full training can be provided
