About the Role
Are you looking for an active role in a dynamic warehouse environment? Langdons is seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Motherwell. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be constantly moving and contributing to our efficient supply chain operations.
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be responsible for handling stock safely, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting the smooth flow of goods throughout our warehouse and delivery network.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock, ensuring correct labelling and packaging
- Maintain safe and secure handling of all products, following food safety standards
- Operate mechanical handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with assembling and preparing orders for dispatch
- Conduct quality checks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Identify and address hazards to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements
- Up-to-date licence for mechanical handling equipment
- IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to compile, analyse, and interpret relevant warehouse data
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, food safety, and health & safety regulations
