Contract: Part-time / Full-time (35 hours per week)
Shifts: Early (7:00am – 2:45pm), Late (2:45pm – 10:00pm), weekend work required
About the Role
JW Lees is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our welcoming team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, visitors, and clients with a warm and professional manner
- Manage bookings via phone, online, and in-person
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Maintain reservation and room allocation records
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Prepare restaurant reservations
- Monitor and maintain occupancy levels on our system
- Manage room rates, availability, and updates on the computer system
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Report hazards or maintenance issues to ensure a safe working environment
