About the Role
Mamas & Papas is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Solihull store, located within NEXT.
Our store teams are at the heart of everything we do — offering reassurance, expert product knowledge, and exceptional service to parents and families. From personal shopping appointments and car seat consultations to supporting customers as they prepare for their new arrival, you’ll help create memorable shopping experiences during some of life’s most special moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product advice
- Support customers with informed purchasing decisions
- Create warm, welcoming, and engaging in-store experiences
- Assist with store presentation and daily operations
- Act as a brand ambassador for Mamas & Papas
About You
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable
