About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Bar Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced bar environment while delivering outstanding service to our guests. All roles are paid, including internships, offering valuable experience within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve drinks promptly and professionally at the bar and to tables
- Prepare a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
- Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Promote and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales
- Operate the till accurately, handling cash and card payments correctly
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
- Understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident with basic maths and handling transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude
- Flexible and available to work weekends and peak hours
