About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Receptionist to join the team at voco Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves delivering memorable guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Anticipate guest needs and personalise each stay
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reception duties efficiently
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Support sales opportunities and help maximise revenue and occupancy
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident, personable, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable using technology and hotel systems
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
- Previous experience in hospitality is welcome but not essential
