About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment where delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere are key.
Previous bar or restaurant experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
- Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
- Restock glassware, garnishes, and beverages as required
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with licensing laws
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (1 year desirable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and measurements
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Professional attitude with a commitment to health and safety standards
